First, for courses purchased through the online platform:

There will be no refunds for purchased products unless the following conditions are met:

You have not completed more than 5% of the course.

Your subscription has not exceeded 14 days from the date of purchase.

You have not subscribed to the same course twice unintentionally.

You have not received any discounts during your subscription; in other words, refunds are not applicable if you received any discounts during the subscription.

The refunded amount will be processed through Vodafone Cash, with a 6% bank commission deducted from the paid amount.

If you request a refund through Visa for any of the reasons mentioned above, a 31% deduction will be applied to the entire paid amount.

Second, for courses purchased through advance booking:

If you cancel your reservation at least one month (30 days) before the program start date, a 50% deduction of the full program fee will be applied.

If you cancel the reservation less than one month (30 days) before the start of the program or after the program has started, no refund will be granted.

You are allowed to reschedule your program attendance once, subject to management approval, provided that you request the rescheduling at least two weeks (15 days) before the program’s start date and abide by the new schedule set by the management.

If rescheduling is done according to the conditions in the previous clause (Third), no refunds will be granted.

If you reschedule your program’s date through management for a duration exceeding one month (30 days), you have the right to a full refund of the paid amount.
